In the heart of south Corsica - The needles of Bavella Porto Pollo Hotel

In the heart of Alta Rocca, about two hours drive from Porto-Pollo, the natural ensemble formed by the Needles of Bavella is one of the most beautiful geological curiosities of the island. Culminating at more than 1855 meters of altitude, it is a vast rocky wall composed of jagged peaks alternately swept by shades of light red, white gray, and orange spots according to the intensity of the light. This natural wonder presents a splendid contrast with the intense green of the pine forest at its feet. To take the measure, you must go to the top of the Bavella Pass, which also provides a breathtaking view of the sea, or even the island of Monte Cristo in good weather.
